Each spring, Woodbridge Fire Company No. 1 conducts its annual fund drive. Monies collected from the drive support the volunteer firefighters of Woodbridge Fire Department. The fund allows us to:
Your volunteer firefighters are dedicated residents of the community that contribute their time, talents and energy to train for and protect Woodbridge in times of emergency, 24 hours a day, every day. Last year over 800 calls for assistance were answered, and we ask you to support our efforts by making a donation to Woodbridge Fire Company No.1 Please use the envelope that was sent to you to mail in your contribution. When soliciting door to door, members will be wearing uniform shirts with badges and carry photo identification. We do not receive any funds from any other fund raising organization. Any organization that solicits funds and says that a portion will go to the Woodbridge Fire Company #1 is a FRAUD. If you receive a call from any organization claiming to represent Woodbridge Fire Company No.1 in any way, please gather as many details as possible and call 634-7516 and we will investigate.
